Circé offers you a large selection of options to enhance your transformer:
The existence of harmonic voltages may induce an unusual heating of the transformer, which is adapted in standard for 5% THD. In case of harmonics on the network, Circé can design specific transformers with low induction.
We offer you several enclosures depending on your needs:
- Galvanised or painted IP23 housing - Galvanised or painted IP33 housing - Painted or 316L stainless steel IP55 housing
As an option, we can customise these housings with all RAL colours.
We can also assist you with your specific projects, with IP65 or ATEX enclosures for instance.
On request, we can provide you with documentation on the support of your choice: maintenance guide, installation guide, user manual, acceptance books, risk analysis, environmental impact, certificates, end-of-life file, transport file, mechanical studies, etc.
In order to better filter electromagnetic disturbances, it is possible to position an electrostatic shield between the primary and the secondary windings, connected to the ground. It therefore allows the interference to be channelled to earth.
Circé offers you rollers to facilitate the installation, handling and maintenance of the transformers.
In order to create an isolation between the transformer and the external metallic parts (e.g. the enclosure), we can install isolators, thus upgrading the transformer to isolation class II instead of class I.
So as to protect the transformer from lightning damage, surge arresters are offered as an option.
REDUCED HEAT GENERATION
As a standard, our transformers are offered in temperature class H (180°C).
As an option, we offer different temperature classes: Class E (120°C), Class B (130°C) or Class F (155°C).
All types of connections are available: star-star / delta-star (Dyn11) / delta-delta (Dd0) / zigzag… For specific connection, time indexes must be specified in your request for quotation.
In order to ensure a watertight connection between the cables and the transformer housing, we offer cable glands which can be positioned on the enclosure according to the desired dimensions and quality.
In the aim of compensating for variations in network voltage, we can insert adjustment taps in the windings according to your needs: ± 5, 10, 15, 20 % or Volts.
UPSTREAM AND DOWNSTREAM PROTECTION DEVICES
In order to protect your installations, we offer circuit breakers as an option, directly integrated into the transformer. From a power of 10 kVA, the upstream and downstream protections are mounted and wired under a cover on the front of the enclosure. The circuit breakers can also be installed inside the housing depending on the power rating.
We can also offer you protection with fuses according to your applications.
We can offer you as an option silent blocs. This device allows an attenuation of the vibration transmission to the environment of the transformer of up to 95%.
In order to protect the transformer against overheating, we can propose to insert in the active parts dry contact NO+NF probes (thermostatic pads PTF 180°C / PTO 160°C / other temperatures on request), PT100 probes or thermocouple probes.
